We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe to our services, or submit project briefs. This includes your name, email address, raw video assets, scripting notes, and communication logs within our dashboard. All payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate our video editing pipeline and deliver services to you. This includes authenticating your account, processing your monthly subscription, communicating project updates, delivering final video assets, and maintaining internal network security.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or proprietary video assets to third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers essential to our infrastructure, including:

Stripe: For processing secure subscription payments.
Clerk: For secure user authentication and session management.
Supabase: For secure database management and file storage.
Resend: For delivering automated email notifications regarding your projects.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and project files as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, your workspace enters "Read-Only Mode." If a subscription remains inactive for six (6) months, we permanently delete all submitted briefs, raw assets, and final deliverables from our servers to maintain privacy and storage efficiency. You may request manual deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. 14-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with your first fully edited video. The client retains the rights to use the delivered video even if refunded. After 14 days, no refunds are permitted.
