1. Introduction

Welcome to Wave Editing ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Wave Mind Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No: 202401123456). By subscribing to our services, accessing our dashboard, or submitting content briefs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. 14-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with your first fully edited video. The client retains the rights to use the delivered video even if refunded. After 14 days, no refunds are permitted.

3. Delivery and SLA (First-In, First-Out)

Wave Editing operates on a strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) queue system. You may only have one (1) active brief in production at any given time. We aim to deliver an Offline Edit within 48 to 96 hours depending on the requested footage length. However, these are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. We do not accept "rush jobs."

4. Asynchronous Communication

To maintain operational velocity, 100% of communication regarding projects must occur within our proprietary dashboard. We do not offer Slack channels, Zoom syncs, or phone calls. All revision requests must be submitted directly through the dashboard interface or Frame.io links provided.

5. Client Obligations & Content Rights

You guarantee that you own or have the appropriate licenses for all raw footage, audio, and assets you submit to our pipeline. You retain all ownership of your final deliverables. Wave Mind Sdn. Bhd. claims no ownership over your intellectual property, but we reserve the right to display completed, publicly released videos in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
